How do I return a book?

To return a book, both parties must agree to a time and place before the Return Deadline. If you both agree to a later date, follow the steps here. We HIGHLY recommend this is done with the chatroom within the app as this will help aid us in case any problems arise. Also note, that if it is returned AFTER the Return Deadline, that we will no longer assist with the rental in case any problems arise.

To initiate a return meetup, it is the exact mirror of renting a book. Within messages, the renter initiates the meetup by clicking the exchange button.

A QR code with six digits underneath it will be shown. The lender must scan the code or type the digits to confirm they have gotten their book back. The renter must wait under the lender has scanned or typed the digits before handing over the book back. Once they have, the renter must hand over the book and the rental is complete!
