I cannot upload my book

There may be multiple reasons you cannot upload your book to the app. This article will hopefully outline the reasons and give some of the fixes. If you are still experiencing issues, please email ugsrentalsllc@gmail.com .

The scanner is not working

If you attempted to scan the book, but it is not working. Then we recommend you enter the ISBN-13 manually in the steps outlined here.

ISBN not found

Our database currently only works for books that are to be rented out for classes. In the future we will allow more books and have more robust solutions. However, if you believe your book doesn’t fall into this criteria and does fit for a class, then please contact us directly at the email provided up top.
