I blocked the other party during the rental

If at any point you feel uncomfortable, please report and block the other party during the rental. However, following this an investigation will ensue and will depend on whether you lent the book or are renting the book.

If you are the renter

If you are the renter and feel it is necessary to block the lender, then the BonoBooks team will go ahead and launch an investigation. If the investigation finds that the report was justified, then we will most likely send a team member to retrieve the book. If this is not an option, then we will ask you to ship the book to us to have it returned.

If you are the lender

If you are currently lending the book out and feel it necessary to block the renter, then the BonoBooks team will go ahead and launch an investigation. If the investigation finds that the report was justified, then we will most likely send a team member to retrieve the book and return it to you. If this is not an option, then we will charge the renter market value of the book and send the money to your Deposit Method.
